What is Z Rewards?
Z Rewards is our donor loyalty program designed to make your donations more special, because with Z Rewards, in addition to the fees you continue to earn, you will now earn reward points for donations. Points can be redeemed at anytime, choosing from a variety of rewards available on our website:
CSLPlasma.com. Go inside Concourse D to enter Z Rewards.
How do I enroll in the program?
There's no need! You automatically begin accruing points with the first qualified donation and every qualified donation thereafter starting January 1, 2009. If you are a new donor you will be able to login to your account within 14-21 days after your 2nd donation.
How do I earn points?
Earn points on each qualified donation: one donation equals one point. Every point brings you closer to achieving one of three levels: Bronze, Silver, AND Gold. And each level brings with it, special recognition and status, awarded exclusively at that level.
How do I redeem points?Simply visit us online at
CSLPlasma.com; enter through Concourse D on the left nav to get to Z Rewards. From there, simply “add to cart” the items wanted and checkout. The point balance will be deducted automatically.
Will I ever lose my points?Points will expire if there is a lapse in donations of 30 days or longer. Therefore help keep your credits active by not lapsing in donations for longer than 30 days and remaining an active qualified donor. If you transfer to another donation center, the current point balance will be expired. If you do not login to your account within 180 days, the current point balance will be expired due to inactivity.
Will my point balance roll-over each calendar year?Yes, the current point balance will roll-over each calendar year.
Will my membership level roll-over each calendar year?No, as membership levels are based on calendar year donations they will reset at the beginning of each calendar year. Membership levels are also expired if point balances are expired.
What are the membership levels and rewards? How and when will I receive my membership rewards?The membership levels are as follows: Bronze (20 calendar year donations), Silver (60 calendar year donations), and Gold (100 calendar year donations). The membership levels are based on calendar year donations and you will automatically be enrolled into the appropriate category upon reaching the minimum donation frequency in a calendar year. Please note that membership levels are expired if the point balance is expired. The rewards offered at each membership level are free, and can be viewed by logging into your online account and clicking "Donation History". All rewards categorized for each membership level will credit to your account and ship to your address on file at the donation center within 4-6 weeks after reaching a membership level.

How do I change my address within Z Rewards?In order to update your address within Z Rewards, the address must be updated at the donation center by showing proof of your new address. Once the new address is updated with the donation center, it can be verified in the profile section of Z Rewards within 48 hours.
Where can I see the last time my donations and credits were updated?After logging into Z Rewards, click on donation history, click the arrow beside of previous donations, and scroll to the bottom of the window. The date last updated will show at the bottom of this window.
How will I receive the prizes ordered and how long does shipment take?
Once an item has been ordered, you will see a confirmation screen which states delivery will occur within 4-6 weeks. All items will be shipped to the address listed in Z Rewards; no items will be delivered to the donation center.
How can I view my previous store orders?
After logging in to Z Rewards, click on donation history, and then click the arrow beside of previous store orders. The window that displays will show all previous store orders.
What happens if a store item is malfunctioned upon receipt?
Please bring the device to a member of management at your donation center. If the device is determined to be malfunctioned, a new device will be sent.
Where are the instructions for the MP3 Player?
After logging into Z Rewards, click online store, click the mp3 player icon, and a link will appear entitled “Instructions on how to use MP3 player click here”.
Is there a quick access link to Z Rewards on the CSLPlasma.com homepage?
Yes, the Z Rewards quick access link is on the right side navigation of the
CSLPlasma.com homepage.
Where are the Terms and Conditions of Z Rewards?
After logging into Z Rewards, click online store, and scroll towards the bottom of the page.
