Community Outreach
and Involvement

We Value Community

CSL Plasma is committed to leaving a positive impact on our donor communities through creating job opportunities, local volunteer work, investing in local programs, and more. On average, each collection facility employs a staff of 60 people, and we look to local contractors for maintenance, equipment, and other facility needs.

Invested in Our Communities

Annually, CSL Plasma contributes nearly $4 million per center
in employee payroll and average donor compensation, much of which is spent locally.

We build long-term alliances to support:

Did you know?

Throughout the world, CSL and its employees have donated to areas devastated by sudden crises.

Patient Focus

The need for plasma donations is always growing. Plasma can’t be created or manufactured in a lab, so hundreds of thousands of people around the world rely on donations for life-saving therapies.

To meet this need in a safe and compliant manner, CSL Plasma is investing in employee growth and development as well as center network expansion to maximize the health and well-being of our patients.
