How to download the CSL plasma app

To download the CSL Plasma app, simply follow these steps:

1. Open the App Store or Google Play on your device
2. In the search bar, type "CSL Plasma" and tap on the search icon.
3. Tap on the "CSL Plasma" app icon from the search results.
4. Tap on the "Install" or "Get" button to start downloading the app.
5. Once the app is downloaded, tap on the "Open" button to launch it.

After the app is launched, you will be prompted to create an account or sign in if you already have an account. Once you are logged in, you can start using the app to manage your plasma donations, refer friends, and track your reward.

How to sign up for the iGive Rewards® program

If you are not current donor at CSL Plasma, you can register as a predonor on the app

1. Tap “Register here” on the login page
2. Choose “No” for the question “Have you donated at CSL Plasma before?”
3. Verify your email or phone number by a 6 digit verification code.
4. Provide basic information, such as your name and address.
5. Set up password and your iGive Rewards® account will be created.
6. Once you finish your first donation and get your donor ID from CSL Plasma center, come back to the app and click on the “Activate iGive Rewards®” button on the homepage.
7. You will be asked to verify your donor information (Donor ID, Name, Date of Birth and last four digit of your SSN/Border Crossing Card/ CURP Number/ Mexican Passport/ Canadian Social Insurance Number)
8. Once your donor information has been verified, you can start earning rewards for donations, referrals and a variety of promotions.
