Structure of the Promotion

The "Giving Gives Back" promotion (“Promotion”) consists of nine (9) separate weekly sweepstakes (each, a “Weekly Sweepstakes”) conducted between November 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026. Weekly Sweepstakes #4 (Thanksgiving Week) and #8 (Christmas Week) include enhanced “Prize Boost” prizes. Each Weekly Sweepstakes is a distinct promotion with its own entry period, prize pool, drawing, eligibility requirements, and winner selection, advertising, alternative method of entry, and administrative records, as set forth in the schedule and individual rules below. Entries and donations do not carry over between Weekly Sweepstakes. Each Weekly Sweepstakes is also governed by the General Rules that apply uniformly across all nine (9) Weekly Sweepstakes.

Eligibility (applies to all nine Weekly Sweepstakes)

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the U.S. and Puerto Rico, age 18 and older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouse, regardless of where they reside.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any Weekly Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any winner or entrant.
Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of a winner or entrant, Sponsor reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and the parties associated with the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes from claims arising out of participation in that Weekly Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, city, state, and biographical information ("License Rights") for advertising and publicity purposes without additional review, compensation, or approval.
If a winner does not respond to notification or is unavailable when prize delivery is attempted, the prize will be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to the conflict of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue for any disputes shall be the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Winner Notification & Official Rules Request
