Referral Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the CSL Plasma Referral Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, the CSL Plasma Privacy Policy, the iGive Rewards® Program Rules, and any other applicable CSL Plasma policies. CSL Plasma reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. 
 

  1. Referral Program Eligibility Requirements 

1.1 Active Donor Status 

Participation in the Referral Program is limited to active donors. An active donor is defined as an individual who has completed at least one (1) successful donation within the past 180 days

1.2 Ineligible Donors 

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Program: 

  • Lapsed donors, defined as individuals with no completed donations in the past 180 days

  • Employees of CSL Plasma or its affiliates. 

  • Donors who do not meet eligibility requirements at the time the referral is created. 

Eligibility is validated systemically at the time a referral code is applied. 

  1. Requirements for Referred Donors (“Referees”) 

To qualify as an eligible referral, the referred donor must: 

  1. Be a new donor with no prior donation history at any CSL Plasma center. 

  1. Apply the referral code in the app within seven (7) days of their first donation. 
     

    • If the referral code is applied first, the new donor must complete their first donation within 7 days.

    • If the first donation occurs first, the referral code must be applied within 7 days of that donation.

     

  2. Complete two (2) successful donations within thirty (30) days of their first donation. 

  3. Maintain an active iGive Rewards® account

Referrals that do not meet these criteria will not qualify for rewards. 

  1. Requirements for Referring Donors (“Referrers”) 

To earn a referral reward, the referring donor must: 

  1. Meet active donor eligibility (at least one donation in the past 180 days). 

  1. Maintain an active iGive Rewards® account

  1. Submit the referral through authorized CSL Plasma channels (e.g., CSL Plasma App). 

If the referrer becomes ineligible at any point prior to reward issuance, the referral reward may be forfeited. 
 

  1. Reward Issuance 

4.1 Reward Type 

Qualified referral rewards are issued in iGive Rewards® points. Points may be transferred to the donor’s CSL Plasma debit card but have no cash value except as provided through authorized redemption methods. 

4.2 Reward Timing 

Rewards are issued only after the referee meets all Program requirements. CSL Plasma is not responsible for delays due to donor eligibility issues, system errors, deferrals, or incomplete donation cycles. 

4.3 Activation Requirement 

To participate, download the CSL Plasma app and activate iGive Rewards®. Pre‑donors must convert their account after receiving their Donor Number at the center, as iGive Rewards® activation requires a Donor Number. 

  1. Program Restrictions 

  • The Program is valid for eligible donors in the United States only

  • Void in Puerto Rico and any location where prohibited by law. 

  • Referral codes cannot be sold, traded, or used for commercial gain. 

  • Fraudulent activity, misuse of referral codes, or attempts to circumvent eligibility rules may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and/or account suspension. 

CSL Plasma may request additional documentation to verify identity or eligibility. 

  1. Changes to the Program 

CSL Plasma reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes may include adjustments to eligibility criteria, reward values, timelines, or system processes. 

Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

  1. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSL Plasma is not liable for: 

  • Inaccurate or delayed reward processing 

  • Technical issues related to referral submissions 

  • Donor ineligibility or deferrals 

  • Lost, delayed, or improperly entered referral codes 

  • System outages, app limitations, or connectivity issues 

Participation in the Program is at the donor’s own discretion.
