Jose Antonio P. is currently a Center Manager of CSL Plasma in Normal, Illinois. He joined the company in July 2019 as a Center Manager, opening two new centers – the first in Champaign, Illinois, before he transferred to his current center in his hometown.
In this role, Jose Antonio oversees all processes to make a center successful. This includes maintaining quality standards, safety, employee engagement, donor service, training and logistics. All of this is vital to collecting the plasma that patients need.

He also believes strongly in the importance of the donor experience.
“At our center, many plasma donors come frequently and know the impact they have on patients,” he says. “They are part of something greater than all of us - helping people in need. It's an inspiration to work in a place where you know you're making a difference.”
Jose Antonio’s path to CSL Plasma included prior management experience, but no experience in plasma donation. He appreciates how the company allowed him to learn and fit into the organization.
