Meet Ryan

 “I strive to inform our donors about how truly impactful their donations are. When donors understand the impact that they have, they see themselves as the lifesavers they are.”

Ryan B. is an Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance (AMQ) at CSL Plasma in Mobile, Alabama, responsible for managing the oversight of the center’s quality programs as plasma is collected, including adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies.

He has been with CSL Plasma for just over four years, beginning in Montgomery in January 2018 as a Reception Technician. In August 2018, he earned a promotion to Quality Specialist there. He worked in this role for 1.5 years before accepting the AMQ role at a CSL Plasma center in Joliet, Illinois. He moved back to Alabama in his current role in June 2021.

CSL Plasma employees like Ryan witness firsthand the life-saving act of plasma donation. He is impressed by how people from all walks of life make the choice to help and come in to donate plasma regularly.

He shares: “I strive to inform our donors about how truly impactful their donations are. When donors understand the impact that they have, they see themselves as the lifesavers they are.”

He adds: “When I joined the company, I quickly realized that the center culture was something I truly enjoyed. “There is a sense of family and community which was only compounded by the willingness of those around me to help progress my skills. I have been extremely fortunate thus far in my CSL career to have worked for and with some truly amazing people who have played an integral role in where I am today.”
