Elevate your donation experience through a simple breathing and foot movement exercise!
Here is what you can do:
- When lying on the donor bed, start with both feet in a neutral position.
- Point your toes toward the ceiling.
- Breathe in through your nose for three seconds.
- After breathing in through your nose, point one foot as if stepping on a gas pedal and breathe out through your nose for three seconds.
- Return your foot to the neutral position and breathe in through your nose for three seconds.
- Switch feet!
- Point the opposite foot as if stepping on a gas pedal while breathing out through your nose for three seconds.
- Return your foot to the neutral position and breathe in through your nose for three seconds.

Repeat these steps and alternate each foot throughout your donation.
