Gather your paperwork.

·       Photo I.D. : Valid, current ID card with photo issued by Federal Agency or Government

·       Unique Identification Number: Government Issued ID with the CURP number or Social Insurance Number (SIN)

·       Proof of residency/current lease (example: piece of mail postmarked in the past 60 days, current lease, utility bill, etc.)

·       Border Crossing Card or B1/B2 Visa

Stay hydrated and get a good night’s sleep to help your plasma donation appointment go smoothly.

Drink 4 to 6 eight-ounce glasses of water or any other caffeine-free, non-alcoholic beverage at least 2 to 3 hours before donating
